Homemade Vegetable Stock - Vitality

Turn veggie scraps into flavorful broth with water and pantry spices. Simmer for 2 hours, strain, and store—perfect for soups, stews, and more!

Ingredients:

Bag of vegetable scraps

2 tbsp seasoning mix (store-bought or a combo of garlic powder, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper)

Water

Preparation:

Collect vegetable scraps from cooking throughout the week.

Place scraps in a large pot.

Add about 6 cups of water, ensuring vegetables are fully covered.

Stir in seasoning mix.

Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 2 hours.

Strain and store.

Tip:

Use this broth in place of store-bought stock for your next soup recip
