Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe
The official start of fall brings promise of crisp weather, warmer sweaters and of course the start of Pumpkin Spice season. I can honestly say that for the majority of the year, pumpkin flavors do not excite me and are definitely not something I’m on the search for. However, as soon as I start to feel a change in the air, something within me changes and I find myself constantly wanting all things pumpkin.
For the sake of my financial and physical health, this year I’m making a conscious effort to cut back on buying $6 Pumpkin Spice Lattes (aka PSLs) or ordering the pumpkin muffins every time they’re on a menu. Instead, I’ve been testing healthier takes on the fall favorites at home (who said quarantine baking had to end?). I wanted to share a few of my favorite recipes so far.
