In January, Vitality Institute Executive Director Derek Yach attended The World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Dr. Yach chairs the Global Agenda Council on Healthy Ageing.

Impact, new research

Vitality has partnered with researchers at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics (CHIBE) and invited a select group of employers to participate in a  smoking cessation study investigating the use of financial incentives and e-cigarettes to help more individuals quit smoking.

The latest Institute study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine was on NIH funding for behavioral interventions to prevent chronic disease.
