Job Purpose

The IT Process Analyst role will define, document, and assess business processes and identify solutions for improvement. This role will focus on streamlining operations and developing solutions to increase efficiency. The IT Process Analyst will ensure that internal processes are aligned with organization objectives.

Key Outputs:

  • Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gather and define scope and objectives
  • Learn, use, and support various software and systems
  • Ensure support documents are created and distributed in a timely manner
  • Analyze, test, and evaluate raw materials, in process products and final products
  • Perform data gather root cause analysis and performance trending to develop appropriate process changes
  • Develop gap analysis with leaders and identify improvement opportunities and initiatives
  • Review solution designs with the IT project teams to ensure they meet requirements are scalable and high quality
  • Manage and execute user acceptance test effort, data and cases and identify pertinent performance metrics
  • Create impact assessments and analyze ROI for system enhancements
  • Identify training gaps and create training opportunities when needed, including guidance on execution of SAP transactions
  • Adhere to practices that improve operational efficiency via expanded communications with key process constituencies including IT, Sales, and Services

Experience

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another IT related field
1-2 years of Analyst, Risk, or Compliance experience
Six Sigma
Compliance, risk, and audit experience
Project Management experience
Database system development experience
Requirements

Preferred

Experience with microservices
Cloud technical experience (AWS, SAAS, PAAS)
Docker containerization
Effective analytical thinking to gather, understand, integrate, and synthesize complex information to develop solutions and make recommendations
Working knowledge of technical application structure
Team leadership skills
Analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
Resourcefulness and the ability to rapidly adopt new technical skills

Sound business & technical awareness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ongoing learning of new skills and technologies related to the business
